• AI Conversation Guidance — Grace AI analyses the situation you describe and your teen's age to generate personalised conversation guidance. This is an assistive tool; you are always in control of what advice you follow.
• Content Safeguarding — Automated scanning of Community forum posts to detect content that may indicate a risk of harm, in accordance with our safeguarding obligations.
• Subscription Management — Automated checks to verify subscription status and apply appropriate access levels.

Automated processing for AI guidance is based on the performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR). Safeguarding processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe community (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
