By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Together provides an AI-powered communication and support platform designed to empower teenagers and parents through innovative, neuroscience-backed digital engagement tools.

Subscription and Billing

Together offers a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

Parent Community Forum

The Parent Community is available exclusively to verified premium subscribers with a parent account. You agree to be respectful, kind, and constructive; to maintain other members' privacy; and not to post harmful, discriminatory, or commercially motivated content.

Safeguarding

Together uses automated safeguarding tools to detect content indicating a risk of harm. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 999. For non-emergency safeguarding concerns, contact the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000.

Geographic Restrictions

Together is currently available for use only within the United Kingdom.
