Please read these Terms carefully before using Together, operated by Dawson Family Group Ltd.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Together provides AI-supported communication guidance, practice tools and a private community for parents and carers of teenagers.

Subscription and Billing

Together offers a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

Parent Community Forum

The Parent Community is available exclusively to verified premium subscribers with a parent account. You agree to be respectful, kind, and constructive; to maintain other members' privacy; and not to post harmful, discriminatory, or commercially motivated content.

Community: reporting, moderation and complaints

  • Illegal and harmful content is prohibited and is removed when we find it.
  • Report content with the flag button or by emailing support@together-families.app.
  • Our team checks the community once a day and reviews reports and held posts then.
  • We may hide or remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these terms.
  • If your content was removed or held and you think we got it wrong, email support@together-families.app with "Appeal" in the subject and we will reply within 7 days.
  • Complaints about how we run the community go to the same address and get the same response time.
  • Content suggesting a risk of serious harm may be shared with emergency services where we believe someone is in danger.
  • The community is for adults aged 18+.

Safeguarding

Together uses automated safeguarding tools to detect content indicating a risk of harm. Posts that suggest someone may be at risk are published with support information shown to the poster and are reviewed by our team. Posts that may harm others are held for review before they appear. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 999. For non-emergency safeguarding concerns, contact the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000.

Geographic Restrictions

Together is currently available for use only within the United Kingdom.
