3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be notified in advance
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Mental Health Disclaimer

The Service provides resources and tools but is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new effective date.
