COPPA Compliance Statement

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies to the online collection of personal information from children under 13. Together recognizes the importance of protecting children's privacy online.

Our Application and Children

Together is designed for teenagers (13+) and their parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.

Parental Consent

For teenage users (13-17), our application requires parental consent during the registration process. Parents are informed about what information we collect from their teenagers and how we use it.

Information Collection Practices

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service. For teen users, this includes:

  • Username and basic profile information
  • Mood check-in data
  • Communication patterns for providing guidance
  • Application usage data
