Premium Service Agreement

Effective Date: May 18, 2025

This Premium Service Agreement ("Agreement") is an extension of our Terms of Service and applies specifically to users who subscribe to premium features of the Together application.

1. Premium Features

Premium subscription provides access to additional features including but not limited to:

  • David's Guide - AI Communication Recommendations
  • Grace - AI Conversation Helper
  • Sarah's Insight - AI Mental Health Specialist
  • Communication Practise Simulator
  • Additional resources and content libraries
  • Ad-free experience

2. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. Key terms include:

  • All subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial period
  • You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial period
  • After the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
  • You can cancel at any time through your account settings

3. Payment and Billing

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you select. If a payment fails, we may retry billing or attempt to contact you for updated payment information.

4. Refund Policy

We generally do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused subscription time after cancellation
  • Subscriptions canceled after the trial period

However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Contact support@together-app.com with any refund requests.
